Efficient Direct Recycling of Spent Batteries: Integrated Lithiation and Delamination
An integrated process for the delamination and relithiation of spent cathodes, LixNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 and LixFePO4, under open‐air conditions is proposed. The transition‐metal (Ni) oxidation state in the cathode is reduced by the oxidation of diethylene glycol, facilitating relithiation. Glycol aldehyde formation induces 100% electrode delamination.

CHCHD10 loss in Alzheimer's disease is associated with mitochondrial dysfunction, epigenomic disruption, and tau pathology. Restoration of CHCHD10 shifts DNA methylation toward a non‐disease state and reduces tau and amyloid pathology, with KATNAL2 acting as a downstream effector.

THE PRINCIPLES OF LAW. PHILOSOPHICAL APPROACH [PDF]
Any scientific intercession that has as objective, the understanding of the significances of the “principle of law” needs to have an interdisciplinary character, the basis for the approach being the philosophy of the law. In this study we fulfill such an

Bipolar Palladium Membrane Enabling Crossover‐Free Selective Proton Transport
This study introduces a crossover‐free bipolar palladium membrane that transports protons selectively via reversible Pd/PdHx absorption–desorption and lattice hydrogen diffusion, overcoming the conductivity–selectivity trade‐off of polymer membranes. It enables water‐fed Li‐mediated ammonia synthesis, achieving 51% Faradaic efficiency and stable 12 h ...

Improved land mask for satellite remote sensing of oceans and inland waters [PDF]
We present an improved medium (250 m) spatial resolution land mask based on augmenting earlier results of Mikelsons et al. (2021) to reflect recent changes in global water surface coverage.

We present a stimulus‐replicating system combining a tactile sensor with a wearable Peltier thermotactile module and concentric electrotactile electrode. Signals encoding pressure and temperature drive the stimulators to reproduce mechano‐thermal cues on the skin. AlN/PDMS encapsulation and SA/LA PSA ensure mechanical compliance and thermal efficiency.

From Devices to Systems: Integration Strategies for Micro‐Supercapacitors in Microsystems
Micro‐supercapacitors are evolving from device‐level energy storage toward system‐level functional units in integrated microsystems. This Review presents a system‐oriented design framework in which integration serves as the key link between application requirements, system constraints, device architectures, and material selection. Monolithic and hybrid
