Absorption‐Dominant Electromagnetic Interference Shielding of Ti3C2Tx MXene‐Coated and Fe3O4‐Integrated TPMS Composites with Coupled Gradient Conductivity and Size‐Graded Structure

A functionally driven variable‐cell size and gradient‐conductive coated TPMS structure was developed. Accordingly, stepwise longitudinal gradient impedance was realized, achieving absorption‐dominant EMI shielding (absorptivity≈0.85) with an EMI SET of ≈ 59 dB, for 10 mm‐thick composites. Piezo1 Channel Mediates Mechanically Programmable Drug Delivery to Potentiate Intravesical Chemotherapy

This study utilizes programmable mechanical pressure as a therapeutic enhancer to establish a mechano‐chemotherapy strategy. Controlled pressure activates the mechanosensitive ion channel Piezo1 in bladder cancer, triggering a calcium ion cascade that transiently and reversibly amplifies membrane permeability to chemotherapeutics.

PIK3CA Mutations Downregulate PPT1 to Promote Adipogenesis by Suppressing P300 Depalmitoylation and Phase Separation

This study demonstrates that somatic PIK3CA mutations suppress PPT1 expression via activation of the PI3K–AKT–c‐JUN axis. This reduction in PPT1 weakens its interaction with P300, thereby increasing palmitoylation at C1176 of P300 and protecting P300 from lysosomal degradation.

Interplay of Crystallization and Amorphous Spinodal Decomposition During Thermal Annealing of Organic Photoactive Layers

Phase‐Field simulations are carried out to elucidate nanomorphology formation mechanisms in organic photoactive layers under thermal annealing. The predicted bulk heterojunction structures are in excellent agreement with Scanning Electron Microscopy measurements.
