Challenges in Knitted E-textiles [PDF]
This paper considers the progress made in E-textiles within knitted textiles and discusses what “Project Jacquard” and the debut of the woven Levi’s Commuter X Jacquard by Google jacket helps reveal about the relationship between E-textiles and textiles manufacturing.

This study presents micropleated filters manufactured by needleless electrospinning. Nanofibers are deposited onto uniaxially pre‐stretched substrates that contract upon release, forming densely packed micropleats. This architecture increases effective surface area without enlarging the filter size, achieving quality factors comparable to those of ...

Adaptable Tile‐Based Pneumatic Origami through Structurally Coupled Localized Actuation
This article presents tile‐based pneumatic origami structures with rigid tiles and flexible fabric creases, achieving adaptable properties including morphing shape, selective multistability, and tunable stiffness. Independently pressurized folding bladders at each crease enable structurally coupled localized actuation of origami structures.
