GLS1‐RNA Polymerase II Axis Mediates Glutamine‐Dependent Hepatoprotective Effects on Alcoholic Liver Disease in High‐Protein Diets

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 45, December 4, 2025.
GLS1 interacts with RNA polymerase II subunits, ROLR2H and POLR2E, resulting in significant suppression of RNA polymerase II activity. Importantly, the investigation demonstrates that high‐protein diets, particularly glutamine, exert protective effects against alcoholic fatty liver through GLS1‐RNA polymerase II axis.

Holding dysregulation in mind: How maternal mind‐mindedness relates to regulatory symptoms and disorders in infancy

open access: yesInfant Mental Health Journal: Infancy and Early Childhood, Volume 46, Issue 6, Page 855-869, November 2025.
Abstract This study examined the role of maternal mind‐mindedness (MM) – the tendency to ascribe mental states to one's child – in infant regulatory symptoms and disorders and the moderating role of parenting stress and global psychological distress. Influence of Hydraulic Conductivity Conceptualization and Unsaturated Flow Parameters for an Integrated Hydrological Model

open access: yesWater Resources Research, Volume 61, Issue 11, November 2025.
Abstract In recent decades, integrated hydrologic models (IHMs) have advanced our understanding of hydrologic processes across catchment to continental scales. These models couple surface and variably saturated subsurface flow, incorporating land surface models to represent interactions within the critical zone. However, high computational costs hinder
