This study reports the molecular detection and genetic characterization of peste des petits ruminants virus in fat‐tailed sheep in Bangladesh. Phylogenetic analysis reveals transboundary lineage circulation, highlighting silent virus movement during high‐risk livestock trading periods and the need for strengthened regional surveillance.

Curing Kinetics and Mechanism Research of E44/T31 Insulation Paint

Epoxy resin insulation paint was prepared with epoxy resin (E44) as binder and with proper inorganic fillers and curing agent (T31) as additives. The isothermal curing reaction process of paint was studied by the differential scanning calorimetry method (DSC), and the curves of curing reaction rate versus time of paint were obtained.

Well‐defined α(2,8)‐ and α(2,9)‐linked oligosialic acids of different lengths can be prepared by employing recombinant bacterial polysialyltransferases in combination with chemically modified CMP‐Neu5Ac derivatives. After transfer, a sialoside is formed bearing an artificial entity, which blocks further glycosylation.
