This systematic review and meta‐analysis, encompassing 20 studies comprising 5,827 cases of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) and 5,057 controls, demonstrated a significant association between β‐human papillomavirus (β‐HPV) seropositivity and cSCC (pooled OR = 1.17; 95% CI, 1.12–1.22).
