Valuation of fisheries management status based on ecosystem approach (EA) in East Simeulue, Aceh
Fishery management is an activity that must be carried out to achieve sustainable fisheries. Fisheries management using the Ecosystem Approach to Fisheries Management (EAFM) approach is the sustainable use of fishery resources and protection of fish ...

Designing Magnetic Properties in CrSBr through Hydrostatic Pressure and Ligand Substitution
Understanding how electronic and structural perturbations influence the magnetic properties of van der Waals magnets is crucial for designing and implementing next‐generation spintronic applications of two‐dimensional materials. Here it is demonstrated how pressure and ligand substitution applied to CrSBr modulate the magnetic properties via a complex ...

Cascading Effects of Overhunting on the Functional Tree Composition of Amazonian Forests. [PDF]
We examined how overhunting‐induced defaunation affects the functional composition of tropical tree communities in western Brazilian Amazonia. Using a robust, spatially replicated dataset from 30 forest plots across a well‐defined gradient of hunting pressure, we assessed the impacts of vertebrate depletion on plant recruitment patterns, dispersal ...

Ferromagnetic spin coupling of 2p-impurities in band insulators stabilized by intersite Coulomb interaction: Nitrogen-doped MgO [PDF]
For a nitrogen dimer in insulating MgO, a ferromagnetic coupling between spin-polarized $2p$-holes is revealed by calculations based on the density functional theory amended by an on-site Coulomb interaction and corroborated by the Hubbard model.

Spin Glass Behavior in Amorphous Cr2Ge2Te6 Phase‐Change Alloy
This work demonstrates that Cr2Ge2Te6 preserves the spin‐polarized nature in the amorphous phase, but undergoes a magnetic transition to a spin glass state below 20 Kelvin. Ab initio simulations indicate that the presence of angular disorder and bonding distortions weakens the magnetic order in amorphous Cr2Ge2Te6, leading to the coexistence of ...

Coexistence of Ferroelectricity and Ferromagnetism in Fullerene‐Based One‐Dimensional Chains
This work designs a series of fullerene‐based 1D chains with excellent ferroelectric and ferromagnetic properties. Due to the cooperative effect between fullerenes and metal linkers, their spontaneous polarization is higher than freestanding U2C@Ih(7)‐C80 by about two to four times.
