Stability of Determining the Earth Rotation Parameters (ERP) with VLBI [PDF]
By using the observations of IRIS network, the stability of determinang ERP with VLBI is studied. It is concluded that the uncertainties from initial values of ERP, the errors of other parameters are at the same level as the formal errors in determination of ERP. The geometric effect on determination of ERP is important and appears as systematic errors.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Finite difference time domain simulation of the Earth-ionosphere resonant cavity: Schumann resonances [PDF]
This paper presents a numerical approach to study the electrical properties of the Earth's atmosphere. The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) technique is applied to model the Earth's atmosphere in order to determine Schumann resonant frequencies of ...

The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.

Estimation of Earth Rotation Parameters Based on BDS-3 and Discontinuous VLBI Observations
Earth rotation parameters (ERPs) are fundamental to geodetic and astronomical studies. With its high measurement accuracy and stability, the Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI) plays an irreplaceable role in estimating the ERPs and maintaining the ...
