Engaging and Adaptive: Going beyond Ease of Use
2009Making products and services easier to use is a durable goal, yet will likely be insufficient to meet the expectations of a new generation of customers. This paper suggests "ease-of-use" be augmented with the goal of being "engaging and adaptive" for products, services, and the overall experience people have with organizations that provide them.
