Evolution of Tungsten Fiber‐Reinforced Tungsten‐Remarks on Production and Joining
Material challenges for future fusion reactors demand advanced materials. W‐fiber‐reinforced W‐composite (W f/W) with improved toughness is a promising candidate. It can be produced via chemical vapor deposition or powder metallurgical routes. This review focuses on upscaling W f/W production for fusion applications.

Electron‐Scale Reconnection in Three‐Dimensional Shock Turbulence
Abstract Magnetic reconnection has been observed in the transition region of quasi‐parallel shocks. In this work, the particle‐in‐cell method is used to simulate three‐dimensional reconnection in a quasi‐parallel shock. The shock transition region is turbulent, leading to the formation of reconnecting current sheets with various orientations.
