This work explores the MOF landscape to select a single, optimal candidate for successfully delivering cancer drugs (gemcitabine, paclitaxel, SN‐38) into tough pancreatic tumors. Selective Lipolysis by Photoactivation of Chaperone‐Mediated Autophagy Using Adipocyte Membrane‐Coated Nanoparticle in Hydrogel

Adipocyte membrane‐coated nanoparticles loaded with rosiglitazone in hydrogel offer an alternative approach to conventional obesity treatments. This system selectively targets adipocytes, inducing lipolysis by activating chaperone‐mediated autophagy through mild photothermal stimulation.
