Neck Ecchymosis in Amyloidosis

Echocardiography showed concentric hypertrophy, dense myocardium, and global hypocontractility. Endomyocardial biopsy showed deposition of eosinophilic substance, positive for lambda and negative for kappa, amyloid A, and transthyretin.
