Eccrine angiomatous hamartoma.
Nishi Nihon Hifuka, 1985 1才4ヵ月女児のeccrine angiomatous hamartomaの1例を報告した。生下時より存在する右大腿前面の有毛性黒褐色皮疹を主訴として来院, 皮疹を摩擦することにより, 病変部に一致した発汗を認めた。組織所見では, 真皮中層から下層にかけて, 汗腺の増生とそれに近接してcapillary typeの血管腫構造を認めた。電顕所見では, 増生した汗腺分泌部は, 正常に比べ著変はみられなかつた。増生した血管は, venous capillaryまたはpostcapillary venuleの型を示しており, また新生血管と考えられる所見もみられた。このことより, 本疾患の本態が血管腫ではないかと推測した。

Eccrine angiomatous naevus revisited
Indian Journal of Dermatology, 2012 Hamartomatous, circumscribed swellings of the extremities make an interesting study. Presentations are manifold and the naevi are not always present from birth. Excessive growth of hairs leads to remarkable appearance of such swellings.

Gene fusions in poroma, porocarcinoma and related adnexal skin tumours: An update
Histopathology, Volume 84, Issue 2, Page 266-278, January 2024.Poroma is a benign sweat gland tumour showing morphological features recapitulating the superficial portion of the eccrine sweat coil, porocarcinoma being its malignant counterpart. Recently YAP1::MAML2, YAP1::NUTM1 fusions and PAK2 rearrangements have been identified as recurrent and mutually exclusive oncogenic event in this setting.
