Epidermotropic eccrine porocarcinoma
Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, 1991Three cases of epidermotropic eccrine porocarcinoma are summarized and compared with reported cases. All patients had a long-standing tumor on a lower extremity that rapidly metastasized to the skin and proximal lymph nodes. The histologic picture was consistent with an intraepidermal eccrine sweat gland carcinoma.

Eccrine Porocarcinoma of the Penis
The Journal of Urology, 2003The majority of malignant penile neoplasms are squamous cell carcinomas. Uncommon tumors include adenocarcinomas, basal cell carcinomas and adenosquamous carcinomas.1 Malignant sweat gland tumors of the penis are exceptionally rare. Although there is 1 documented case of an eccrine porocarcinoma arising on the penile shaft,2 to our knowledge we report ...

Periungual Eccrine Porocarcinoma
Dermatology, 2009An eccrine porocarcinoma originating in the lateral nailfold of the third finger of the right hand of a 77-year-old man is described. The tumor showed infiltrative growth into the bone of the distal phalanx. Eccrine porocarcinoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of periungual malignancies.

Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, 1992Eccrine porocarcinoma is a rare tumor of the skin. We report a case on the chin that was successfully treated with Mohs surgery. IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY OF ECCRINE POROCARCINOMA
Oncology Reports, 1994The eccrine porocarcinoma is a rare adnexal tumor of human skin. It has been related to the acrosyringeum of the sweat gland. An immunohistochemical study on paraffin sections of eight porocarcinomas and a control group of 29 poromas was conducted to investigate the differentiation of porocarcinomas.

A rare case of a slowly growing vulvar tumor in a 75-year-old woman is presented. This vulvar neoplasm was an eccrine porocarcinoma with left inguinal nodal metastases. This is believed to be only the second reported case of a vulvar eccrine porocarcinoma.

The Journal of Dermatology, 1984
ABSTRACTThe histological, electron microscopic, and immunological findings in a case of eccrine porocarcinoma are described. The tumors were verrucous, wartâlike lesions and nodules which ulcerated secondarily. They were located on the leg. The patient died in a few months from dissemination of the disease.

Three cases of eccrine porocarcinoma
British Journal of Dermatology, 1986We report three cases of eccrine poroma, present for many years, in which features were seen suggesting transformation from a benign to a malignant tumour. These changes ranged from in situ Bowenoid dysplasia to frankly invasive squamous carcinoma.

Eccrine porocarcinoma with melanocyte colonization
British Journal of Dermatology, 1998We describe a 74-year-old Japanese man with a pigmented eccrine porocarcinoma (malignant eccrine poroma). The patient had a brown-black nodule measuring 9 x 7 mm on his leg. Microscopically, the tumour, which had invaded the reticular dermis, was composed of poroid cells with large and small intracytoplasmic lumina.

Widespread metastatic eccrine porocarcinoma
Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, 2003Eccrine porocarcinoma is a rare malignant sweat gland tumor arising from the acrosyringium. These lesions can show multiple epidermotropic metastases, however, systemic spread is rare. We describe the case of a 42-year-old African American man who presented in February 1998 with a lesion on the plantar surface of his right foot that was diagnosed as an
