Eccrine porocarcinoma is a rare malignant tumor of skin sweat glands. It accounts for 0.005% of cutaneous tumors. It may present in a myriad of ways ranging from indolent swellings to aggressive tumors with metastasis. Notably, it is difficult to diagnose clinically. Histopathology is necessary and the pathologist often makes the diagnosis.
