Recurrent PAK2 rearrangements in poroma with folliculo‐sebaceous differentiation
Histopathology, Volume 83, Issue 2, Page 310-319, August 2023., 2023 Folliculo‐sebaceous poroma are small dermal tumours similar to eccrine poroma, but harbour ducts with frequent eosinophilic cuticles, infundibular cysts, and sparse sebocytes. Genetic investigation of the cases revealed recurrent fusion transcripts involving the PAK2 gene.
