Wearable Systems of Reconfigurable Microneedle Electrode Array for Subcutaneous Multiplexed Recording of Myoelectric and Electrochemical Signals

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A reconfigurable microneedle electrode array integrated system is developed for minimally invasive and transdermal monitoring of subcutaneous electromyography, reactive oxygen species, and pH values. By assembling discrete thumbtack‐shaped microneedles into an array, the system enables multi‐parameter detection with single‐microneedle resolution.

Multimodal Lead-Specific Modeling of ECG for Low-Cost Pulmonary Hypertension Assessment [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is frequently underdiagnosed in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) primarily due to the scarcity of advanced diagnostic tools. Several studies in PH have applied machine learning to low-cost diagnostic tools like 12-lead ECG (12L-ECG), but they mainly focus on areas with limited resources, overlooking areas with no ...

Injectable pH Responsive Conductive Hydrogel for Intelligent Delivery of Metformin and Exosomes to Enhance Cardiac Repair after Myocardial Ischemia‐Reperfusion Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Injectable pH responsive conductive hydrogel for intelligent delivery of metformin and exosomes to alleviate myocardial ischemia‐reperfusion injury. The hydrogel responds to the weakly acidic microenvironment of ischemic injury and can significantly reduce the production of intracellular ROS and enhance cardiac conduction, thereby resisting apoptosis ...

Tailoring the Anisotropic Oxygen Transport Properties in Bulk Ceramic Membranes Based on a Ruddlesden–Popper Oxide by Applying Magnetic Fields

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 12, March 27, 2025.
Grain orientation in Nd2NiO4+δ ceramic membranes, achieved using magnetic fields, enables precise tuning of oxygen transport properties. This study presents an Nd2NiO4+δ bulk membrane with grains aligned with their a,b‐plane parallel to the oxygen permeation direction, produced by a neodymium magnet.
