Comparison of Guideline‐Directed Medical Therapy in Black versus White Patients With Heart Failure With Reduced Ejection Fraction in a Large, Integrated Health Care System

Using real‐world data, this study identified differences in recommended GDMT treatment between Black and White HFrEF patients. Black patients were more likely to be treated with MRAs than White patients. Among those treated with GDMT, Black patients were more likely to be treated to target with ACEi/ARB/ARNis and MRAs.
