Advanced Science, EarlyView.In collegiate endurance athletes, a 6‐week randomized CPYE intervention yielded time‐ and sex‐dependent shifts in field‐based cardiorespiratory, metabolic, and redox indices, accompanied by changes in gut multi‐omics profiles. An exploratory extension during intensified training generates hypotheses warranting future validation.
