Fluorescence Color Gradient Immunochromatographic Assay for Highly‐Sensitive, Quantitative, and Simultaneous Detection of Small‐Molecule Pollutants

open access: yesAggregate, EarlyView.
This article reports on a universal fluorescence color gradient immunochromatographic assay (FCGICA) technology based on the superposition of red and green fluorescence dual signals, which enables ultra‐sensitive, wide‐range, and simultaneous quantitative detection of multiple small molecules in complex samples.

A low‐cost high‐throughput phenotyping system for automatically quantifying foliar area and greenness

open access: yesApplications in Plant Sciences, Volume 10, Issue 6, November-December 2022., 2022
Abstract Premise With modern advances in genetic sequencing technology, plant phenotyping has become a substantial bottleneck in crop improvement programs. Traditionally, researchers have manually measured phenotypic traits to help determine genotype–phenotype relationships, but manual measurements can be time consuming and expensive.
