Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathy due to Biallelic Pathogenic Variants in PIGM
ABSTRACT Objective PIGM encodes a critical enzyme in the glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)‐anchor biosynthesis pathway. While promoter‐region mutations in PIGM have been associated with a relatively mild phenotype characterized by portal vein thrombosis and absence seizures, recent evidence suggests that coding‐region mutations result in a more severe

Post mortem MRI of cholinergic white matter pathways across neurodegenerative diseases
Abstract INTRODUCTION Cholinergic white matter pathway (CWMP) degeneration is central in Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Lewy body disease (LBD). CWMP degeneration can be assessed in vivo using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) proxies, but neuropathological validation is limited.

Changes in serum β‐synuclein precede blood biomarkers of Alzheimer pathology in Down syndrome
Abstract INTRODUCTION There is a need for early, objective markers of Alzheimer's disease (AD)‐related synapse dysfunction in adults with Down syndrome (DS). Unveiling the Functional Role of KIF21B in Microglia Inflammatory Response
Microglia express KIF21B in both sexes. KIF21B binds to microglia cytoskeleton; inflammation alters such interaction promoting a phagocytic state in females. In male microglia KIF21B modulates migration. ABSTRACT Microglia are brain immune cells that maintain homeostasis and respond to injury, changing cell morphology to drive inflammation, migration ...

Abstract Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM) and IgM monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) share the same cell of origin but differ in clonal size. Compared with other B‐cell neoplasms, the lymphoplasmacytic clone in WM can be rather small, limiting our understanding of clonal expansion.
