Hydraulic Strategies Modulate Forest Productivity Responses to Hotter Droughts

Climate change is increasing the occurrence of extreme events like hotter droughts, which threaten forest health and carbon storage. We studied forests in central Spain to understand how drought intensity, frequency, and duration affect forest productivity.
