BOPHY Dyes Bearing Arylsulfenyl Moieties as Highly Efficient Triplet Photosensitizers
Asian Journal of Organic Chemistry, EarlyView.A new set of symmetric BOPHY dyes has been successfully applied in photoinduced processes acting as triplet photosensitizers. They have been used not only in bimolecular systems for photon upconversion based on triplet‐triplet annihilation but also in generating singlet oxygen for oxidation processes.
