Lattice Dynamics Across the High‐Pressure Phase Transition in CrTe

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT High‐pressure physics provides a powerful means of tuning interatomic interactions, enabling the discovery of novel structural and physical phenomena in materials. Chromium telluride, a transition metal chalcogenide, is particularly responsive to such external stimuli, exhibiting a broad spectrum of pressure‐, temperature‐, and stoichiometry ...

Germany's Short Time Compensation Program: macroeconom(etr)ic insight [PDF]

open access: yes
Short Time Compensation [STC] was a key program in Germany to fight the crisis. However, STC is quite an old tool: in the past 100 years it has been used quite often and is very multifunctional.

A Polymorphic Reconfigurable Multi‐Electrode Device Based on Electrically Bistable Nanostructured Metallic Films

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A polymorphic reconfigurable multi‐electrode device based on electrically bistable nanostructured metallic films. The adaptive reconfiguration properties of the nanostructured network under specific input voltages drive the reprogrammability of the device. This system can be employed for the implementation of polymorphic devices, which can be used both

Securing property rights in transition: Lessons from implementation of China's rural land contracting law [PDF]

open access: yes
While recent studies point towards the importance of institutions, in particular secure property rights, as key determinants of economic growth, options to foster institutional change to make property rights more secure are not well understood. Data from

Highly Active IrRuOx/MnOx Electrocatalysts with Ultralow Anode PGM Demand in Proton Exchange Membrane Electrolyzers

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
MnOx‐supported IrRuOx exhibits outstanding OER performance in both liquid electrolytes and real cell environments. The MnOx not only enhances the dispersion of IrRuOx but also induces a compressive strain effect. The incorporation of Ru leads to surface reconstruction.
