Scope Determination of Economic Criminal Law under the Field of Economic Law

Economic criminal law, as a cross-sectoral field of law, is preceded by sectoral laws including economic law, civil law and administrative law. The essence of economic criminal law is different from the personal legal interests protected by criminal law, and focuses on the protection of supra-personal legal interests.
