Evaluating Feral Swine Eradication and Control Pilot Program Impact on Crop Indemnities
Applied Economic Perspectives and Policy, EarlyView.ABSTRACT The 2018 Farm Bill established the Feral Swine Eradication and Control Pilot Program (FSCP), which was focused on removing feral hogs and restoring damaged property. We conduct a quasi‐experimental analysis of FSCP on crop damage using crop insurance data and a staggered difference‐in‐difference model.
