In pursuit of modern data management techniques, this study presents an in‐lab pipeline combining electronic laboratory notebooks (eLabFTW) and Python scripts for creating semantically enriched, interoperable, machine‐actionable data. Automating data mapping enhances usability, collaboration, and unified knowledge representation.

Equivalence relations on ecosystems [PDF]
In abstract terms, ecosystem ecology is about determining when two ecosystems, superficially different, are alike in some deeper way. An external observer can choose any ecosystem property as being important. In contrast, two ecosystems are equivalent from the point of view of the organisms they contain if and only if for each species, the proportional

KupferDigital: Ontology‐Based Digital Representation for the Copper Life Cycle
It is demonstrated how data from different stages in the life cycle of a copper product can be stored in an ontology‐based data space. In order to showcase the methods and tools used in the project, four use cases are presented that show how data from different sources can be semantically described and queried from a shared data space.

A novel metadata schema is introduced to address the sparsity of microstructure‐sensitive mechanical data. The design follows the material modeling workflow, as each run results in the definition of unique data objects. The schema includes categorical elements to ensure findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability (FAIR). This approach

Computing of Applied Digital Ecosystems [PDF]
A primary motivation for our research in digital ecosystems is the desire to exploit the self-organising properties of biological ecosystems. Ecosystems are thought to be robust, scalable architectures that can automatically solve complex, dynamic problems.
