Interplay Between Green Investment and Market Price Premia in Global Shipping
ABSTRACT Existing research emphasises that the driver of green investment is its future profitability. This paper shows that other investors' decisions also influence green investment. We take the example of scrubber installation in shipping, which is optional by regulation but has an established market for trading its underlying asset.

Tin‐based perovskite light‐emitting diodes: Progress and perspective
This review assesses tin‐based perovskite light‐emitting diodes (PeLEDs), focusing on the limitations of Sn2+ oxidation–induced defects and uncontrolled crystallization. By evaluating advanced device engineering and structural innovations, this article highlights their viability in narrowband pure‐red displays and near‐infrared optical communication ...

Understanding chemical ecotoxicity through interpretable ensemble learning
Characterization factors are used in life cycle assessments to translate the quantity of chemicals and other pollutants produced during a product’s life cycle into the standard unit of an impact category, such as ecotoxicity.

ABSTRACT The agronomic benefits of oxygen‐enriched irrigation, such as improved root development, enhanced nutrient uptake, and reduced fertiliser and pesticide requirements, are well documented. However, incorporating oxygenation devices into fertigation systems increases energy demand and material use, thereby incurring additional environmental ...

ABSTRACT Aristolochia species have long been used in traditional medicine for their presumed anti‐inflammatory, analgesic and antimicrobial properties. However, extensive toxicological and epidemiological evidence now demonstrates that these plants contain aristolochic acids (AAs) I and II, highly potent nephrotoxic, genotoxic, and carcinogenic ...

A harmonized ecotoxicity dataset for honeybee based on the ECOTOX database
Abstract Among the most crucial pollinators, managed honeybee (Apis mellifera) colonies frequently experience colony losses, which impose significant economic burdens on beekeeping and threaten the reliability of pollination services. Pesticide exposure is recognized as one stressor among others contributing to these losses.

CRED : CRITERIA FOR REPORTING AND EVALUATING ECOTOXICITY DATA
Predicted-no-effect concentrations (PNECs) and environmental quality standards (EQSs) are derived in a large number of legal frameworks worldwide. When deriving these safe concentrations, it is necessary to evaluate the reliability and relevance of ...
