The Nuclear Localization of ACLY Guards Early Embryo Development Through Recruiting P300 and HAT1 to Promote Histone Acetylation and Transcription

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ACLY is vital for early embryo development. IGF‐1 activates AKT to phosphorylate ACLY, driving its nuclear localization and recruitment of HATs (P300/HAT1), boosting acetyl‐CoA production and histone acetylation for transcriptional activation. Conversely, ACLY deficiency (via knockdown, knockout, or AKT inhibition) reduces nuclear acetyl‐CoA, disrupts ...

Role of ultrasound and color Doppler in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and to differentiate from corpus luteum cyst of pregnancy

open access: yesAsian Journal of Medical Sciences
Background: Ectopic pregnancy is the leading cause of direct maternal deaths. Ectopic pregnancy and corpus luteum cyst are two most common differential diagnoses in a patient with urine pregnancy test (UPT) positive and no sonographic evidence of ...

Oxytocin‐Mediate Modulation of Splenic Immunosuppression in Chronic Social Stress Through Neuroendocrine Pathways

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Chronic social stress elevates oxytocin levels, leading to immunosuppression by enhancing regulatory T‐cell activity and promoting anti‐inflammatory macrophage polarization in the spleen. Blocking oxytocin signaling reverses these effects but worsens stress‐induced behavioral disorders and reduces survival rates. This highlights oxytocin's dual role in

The trend of the distribution of ectopic pregnancy sites and the clinical characteristics of caesarean scar pregnancy

open access: yesReproductive Health, 2022
Plain language summary Ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilized ovum implants outside the endometrium of the uterine cavity, which is a life-threatening occurrence and is an important cause of pregnancy-related mortality.

The INAVA mRNA in Extracellular Vesicles Activates Normal Ovarian Fibroblasts by Phosphorylation–Ubiquitylation Crosstalk of HMGA2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Ovarian cancer‐derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) transfer INAVA mRNA to normal ovarian fibroblasts (NOFs). Translated INAVA protein inhibits HMGA2 phosphorylation‐dependent ubiquitylation and proteasomal degradation, promoting NOF activation.

HUBUNGAN ANTARA TERJADINYA KEHAMILAN EKTOPIK DENGAN PENGGUNAAN KONTRASEPSI IUD DI BRSD JOMBANG PERIODE JANUARI 2008 – DESEMBER 2008 [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Background: Ectopic pregnancy have higher death risk than incidence of vaginal birth or abortion induction, so the succeed of pregnancys for the next pregnancies will be decreased in woman with ectopic pregnancies.

The E3 Ubiquitin Ligase ARIH1 Facilitates Colorectal Cancer Progression by Promoting Oxidative Phosphorylation via the Mitochondrial Translocation of K63‐Linked Ubiquitinated PHB1

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The RBR E3 ubiquitin ligase ARIH1, which is upregulated in colorectal cancer cells, promotes cell growth and metastasis and correlates with an unfavorable CRC prognosis. Mechanistically, ARIH1 catalyzes K63‐linked ubiquitination of PHB1, enhancing the interaction between PHB1 and Akt.

Twin ectopic pregnancy after ipsilateral salpingectomy: A report of cases

open access: yesMiddle East Fertility Society Journal, 2018
Background: Ectopic pregnancy continues to be a significant cause of maternal morbidity and mortality. Recurrent ectopic pregnancy in the remnant portion of the tube after a previous ipsilateral salpingectomy has only rarely been reported.

Diagnostic Dilemma in Ovarian Pregnancy: A Case Series [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Clinical and Diagnostic Research, 2015
Ovarian pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy but it is the most common type of nontubal ectopic pregnancy. Many times it is operated with a misdiagnosis of ruptured tubal ectopic pregnancy or hemorrhagic corpus luteum.
