Acute onset transient ectropion associated with corneal ulcer

We report a case of transient ectropion associated with corneal ulcer. The corneal ulcer responded well to treatment with fortified gentamicin and cefazolin. As the corneal ulcer healed, the eyelid simultaneously returned to its original position.
