A machine learning‐driven digital twin simulates an aptamer‐functionalized BioFET measuring 17β‐estradiol. Real‐time Isd signals are processed, features are extracted, and trained models estimate hormone concentration. In parallel, a one‐step‐ahead forward model learns biosensor dynamics and generates realistic synthetic signals, enabling in silico ...

This article introduces an input sparsity‐aware computing‐in‐memory macro featuring novel bidirectional conversion‐skippable analog‐to‐digital converters. By dynamically adjusting resolution based on element‐level sparsity, the architecture skips redundant most significant bit and least significant bit conversions.

Sub-structural Niching in Estimation of Distribution Algorithms
We propose a sub-structural niching method that fully exploits the problem decomposition capability of linkage-learning methods such as the estimation of distribution algorithms and concentrate on maintaining diversity at the sub-structural level.

Selection of carpenter manufacturer using fuzzy EDAS method
Making a decision in everyday life always comes with uncertainty and responsibility. To reduce the risk to a minumum and in order to make a right decision a person can use methods of multicriteria analysis in combination in fuzzy logic. A married couple, representing decision makers in this case study, have purchased an apartment and it needs to be ...

An EDA-based Judgment Method for Circuit Fault Simulation
AbstractCircuit fault simulation is a simulation technology analyzing the impact of component failure on circuit performance. This article focused on the fault judgment method based on EDA, proposed criterion tree which could accurately describe characteristic parameter values and logical relationship among criteria, and elaborately discussed the fault
