Multimodal Mechanical Testing of Additively Manufactured Ti6Al4V Lattice Structures: Compression, Bending, and Fatigue

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
In this experimental study, the mechanical properties of additively manufactured Ti‐6Al‐4V lattice structures of different geometries are characterized using compression, four point bending and fatigue testing. While TPMS designs show superior fatigue resistance, SplitP and Honeycomb lattice structures combine high stiffness and strength. The resulting

Interaction between Molten Al‐Killed Mn–B Steel and Carbon‐Bonded MgO Refractories Based on Recyclates

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
High‐temperature interactions between low‐sulfur Al‐killed Mn–B steel and MgO–C refractories (0 and 50 wt% recyclates) are studied via finger immersion tests (1600 °C). Surface‐active elements influence infiltration. MgO/CaS layer forms, along with spinel and calcium silicate.

Irregularity Strength of Circulant Graphs Using Algorithmic Approach

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
This paper deals with decomposition of complete graphs on $n$ vertices into circulant graphs with reduced degree $r< n-1$ . They are denoted as $C_{n}(a_{1}, a_{2}, {\dots }, a_{m})$ , where $a_{1}$ to $a_{m}$ are generators.

Even Modular Edge Irregularity Strength of Graphs

open access: yes, 2018
A new graph characteristic, even modular edge irregularity strength of graphs is introduced. Estimation on this parameter is obtained and the precise values of this parameter are obtained for some families of graphs.

Investigation of Laser Ablation and Brush Pre‐Treatments for AlCu Cold Roll Bonding in Oxygen‐Free Conditions

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
It is shown that laser ablation pretreatment under oxygen‐free conditions enables copper–aluminium bonding at significantly lower deformation degrees and improved properties compared to mechanical brushing. Laser ablation further increases interface contact area and induces favourable residual stress states and microstructural compatibility ...

On Edge Irregular Reflexive Labeling for Generalized Prism

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2022
Among the various ideas that appear while studying graph theory, which has gained much attraction especially in graph labeling, labeling of graphs gives mathematical models which value for a vast range of applications in high technology (data security ...

Laser Metal Powder Deposition of Titanium Microalloyed HSLA Steel FeC0.12Si0.25Mn1.3

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study investigates the additive manufacturing of titanium‐doped high‐strength low‐alloy (HSLA) steel via laser metal deposition. It reveals distinct process‐structure relationships for elemental powder blends compared to prealloyed feedstocks.

Computing total edge irregularity strength of some n-uniform cactus chain graphs and related chain graphs

open access: yesIndonesian Journal of Combinatorics, 2020
Given graph G(V,E). We use the notion of total k-labeling which is edge irregular. The notion of total edge irregularity strength (tes) of graph G means the minimum integer k used in the edge irregular total k-labeling of G.

Electrical Conductivities of Conductors, Semiconductors, and Their Mixtures at Elevated Temperatures

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This article presents a comprehensive review of temperature‐dependent electrical conductivity data for multiple material classes at elevated temperatures, highlighting a persistent conductivity gap between metals and semiconductors in the range of 102$\left(10\right)^{2}$– 107$\left(10\right)^{7}$ S/m. Metal–ceramic irregular metamaterials are proposed
