Food Sci NutrThe study investigates the bioactive properties of Aronia melanocarpa (black chokeberry) juice produced in Edirne, Türkiye. It found that the juice is rich in phenolic acids and flavonoids, showing significant antioxidant and antibacterial activity, especially against Gram‐positive bacteria.
