Neutrino masses from nonstandard supersymmetry breaking terms
Naturally small Majorana neutrino masses arise from nonstandard supersymmetry breaking terms. This mechanism works in the minimal supersymmetric framework and does not require extra particles or new mass scales.

We established that mixed DdCBE microinjection is an efficient, heritable, and precise strategy for generating multiplex mtDNA mutant rats. This advancement significantly expands the utility of DdCBEs for mitochondrial disease modeling, providing a robust platform for exploring the pathogenic mechanisms of complex mtDNA mutations and developing ...

Probability distributions in statistical ensembles with conserved charges
The probability distributions for charged particle numbers and their densities are derived in statistical ensembles with conservation laws. It is shown that if this limit is properly taken then the canonical and grand canonical ensembles are equivalent ...

SDPR–STK38 axis controls the proliferation–differentiation balance in alveolar type II cells
The present study identifies SDPR as a pivotal regulator orchestrating the balance between proliferation and differentiation in alveolar type II (AT2) cells. In SDPR+/+ cells, SDPR binds to and inhibits STK38 activity, thereby sustaining GSK‐3β signaling functionality to promote cyclin D1 degradation and maintain cell cycle homeostasis.

CRISPR/Cas9 has revolutionized the field of gene therapy, but delivery remains an outstanding issue. We propose a nonviral gold‐nanoparticle platform for co‐delivery of CRISPR/Cas9 ribonucleoprotein and long 2.1 kilobase dsDNA transgene constructs. This CRISPR‐AuNP is inexpensive to produce and mediate gene editing and DNA delivery in T cells and CD34+

Relationship between Hawking Radiation and Gravitational Anomalies
We show that in order to avoid a breakdown of general covariance at the quantum level the total flux in each outgoing partial wave of a quantum field in a black hole background must be equal to that of a (1+1)-dimensional blackbody at the Hawking ...
