Mac‐2 Binding Protein Glycosylation Isomer (M2BPGi)–Based Risk Stratification Refined by Tumor Metabolic Activity in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

M2BPGi reflects background liver fibrosis and hepatic functional impairment. PET SUVmax reflects tumor metabolic aggressiveness. CD86‐Positive Mature Tertiary Lymphoid Structures Are Associated With CD8+ T‐Cell Infiltration and Favorable Clinical Outcomes in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

CD86‐positive mature tertiary lymphoid structures were associated with increased intratumoral CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, a higher proportion of Granzyme B‐expressing CD8+ T cells in an exploratory analysis, and favorable clinical outcomes in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
