Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 2017
In [\textit{S. Ghorbani} et al., Sci. Math. Jpn. 66, No. 3, 371--386 (2007; Zbl 1135.06007)], hyper MV-algebras were introduced; the results of the sum are non-empty sets, not necessarily singletons. Here, this approach is generalized to effect algebras, leading to a hyper sum which is a partial operation.

Archive for Mathematical Logic, 2012
This paper contains lots of results on categoricity and degree spectra of graphs and trees under the predecessor function. The author compares the obtained results with some related results for fields and discusses and explains similarities and differences between them.

On Double Basic Algebras and Pseudo-effect Algebras
Order, 2010Double basic algebras have been introduced in [\textit{I. Chajda}, ``Double basic algebras'', Order 26, No. 2, 149--162 (2009; Zbl 1173.06002)] as a counterpart of bounded lattices with order-antiautomorphisms on principal filters. Now their independent axiomatization is given.

Embeddings of generalized effect algebras into complete effect algebras
Soft Computing, 2005The author studies unbounded effect algebras. It is shown that under some condition, Archime\-de\-anicity or block finiteness, the MacNeille completion can be densely embedded into a complete effect algebra.
