A Random Compensation Scheme for 5G Slicing Under Statistical Delay-QoS Constraints

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
For the communication scenarios of heterogeneous arrivals in the fifth generation cellular networks, slicing is believed to be an effective way to provide quality-of-service (QoS) provisioning.

A New Method for Drawing the Capacity Spectrum for Seismic Analysis and Structural Rehabilitation [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Rehabilitation in Civil Engineering, 2020
A review of previous studies shows that there are two general views on how to determine demand in structures through incremental nonlinear static analysis. In the first view, multi-modal methods are used to determine demand in structures.

A Comprehensive Analysis of the Achievable Channel Capacity in $\mathcal{F}$ Composite Fading Channels

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
The F composite fading model was recently proposed as an accurate and tractable statistical model for the characterization of the composite fading conditions encountered in realistic wireless communication scenarios.

Capacity Bounds for Identification With Effective Secrecy

open access: yes2023 IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory (ISIT), 2023
An upper bound to the identification capacity of discrete memoryless wiretap channels is derived under the requirement of semantic effective secrecy, combining semantic secrecy and stealth constraints. A previously established lower bound is improved by applying it to a prefix channel, formed by concatenating an auxiliary channel and the actual channel.
