[Carcinogenic effects of low radiation doses].
Cancer radiotherapie : journal de la Societe francaise de radiotherapie oncologique, 1999The carcinogenic effect of low doses of ionizing radiation has been a matter of much debate over the last few years. The French Academy of Science published a report on the subject in 1995. The central point of discussion concerns the validity of the linear no threshold relationship for estimating, by extrapolation, the carcinogenic effect of low doses.

An effective dose computation model for fractionated radiation dose.
Radiation medicine, 1984A mathematical model of sensitivity change and cell proliferation for fractionated radiation effect is presented here in which cell proliferation is regarded as part of the virtual recovery of radiated tissues. The obtained values of parameters in this model were applied to reported fractionated radiation data.
