Resolution of the LHCb η c anomaly

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
Due to the heavy-quark symmetry of Non-Relativistic Quantum Chromodynamics (NRQCD), the cross-section for the production of η c can be predicted. This NRQCD prediction when confronted with data from the LHCb is seen to fail miserably.

Inclusive J/ψ photoproduction at the ILC within the framework of non-relativistic QCD

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
Based on the non-relativistic quantum chromodynamics factorization framework, we study the inclusive J/ψ photoproduction at the future high energy e + e − collider, International Linear Collider(ILC), where the initial photons come from the back ...

Renormalon subtraction in OPE by dual space approach: nonlinear sigma model and QCD

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
It is becoming more important to subtract renormalons efficiently from perturbative calculations, in order to achieve high precision QCD calculations. We propose a new framework “Dual Space Approach” for renormalon separation, which enables subtraction ...

Amplitude’s positivity vs. subluminality: causality and unitarity constraints on dimension 6 & 8 gluonic operators in the SMEFT

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
We derive the causality and unitarity constraints on dimension 6 and dimension 8 Gluon field strength operators in the Standard Model Effective Field Theory (SMEFT). In the first part of the paper, we use the ‘amplitude analysis’ i.e. dispersion relation

Effective field theory for the crystalline colour superconductive phase of QCD [PDF]

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2001
We present an effective field theory for high density, low temperature QCD in the crystalline colour superconductive phase (LOFF phase). This interesting phase of QCD is characterized by a gap parameter with a crystalline pattern, breaking traslational and rotational invariance, and could have astrophysical applications.

Bell violation in 2 → 2 scattering in photon, gluon and graviton EFTs

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
In this paper, we explore Bell inequality violation for 2 → 2 scattering in Effective Field Theories (EFTs) of photons, gluons, and gravitons. Using the CGLMP Bell parameter (I 2), we show that, starting from an appropriate initial non-product state, the

Amplitude/operator basis in chiral perturbation theory

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
We establish a systematic construction of the on-shell amplitude/operator basis for Chiral Perturbation Theory (ChPT) in D = 4 spacetime dimensions and with an arbitrary number of flavors N f .

Transverse-momentum-dependent wave functions and soft functions at one-loop in large momentum effective theory

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
In large-momentum effective theory (LaMET), the transverse-momentum-dependent (TMD) light-front wave functions and soft functions can be extracted from the simulation of a four-quark form factor and equal-time correlation functions.
