Effect of fuel injection strategies and EGR on biodiesel blend in a CRDI engine
Energy, 2019Biodiesel appears as a replenishable and sustainable energy source and can be used a direct replacement to petro-diesel without any major transformations in ongoing diesel engines. This work concentrates on production of Calophyllum Inophyllum biodiesel (

Reciprocal modulation between Sp1 and Egr‐1
Journal of Cellular Biochemistry, 1997Many ubiquitously expressed genes, including oncogenes, lack a proximal TATA or CAAT box but have a region of G + C-rich sequences that appears to replace the usual promoter initiation site. The zinc-finger protein Sp1 is one of the prevalent activators of these genes.

EGR control and simulation about EGR rates influence on diesel engine operation performance
2011 International Conference on Electric Information and Control Engineering, 2011According to the basic structure of actual diesel engine, a control project and simulation model of TDI diesel engine with EGR system was established. Based on the optimum EGR rates map of diesel engine test experiment as control map of EGR control unit, the simulation on EGR control unit was constructed.

Vacuum EGR Valve Actuator Model
SAE Technical Paper Series, 1998
As part of a general EGR system model, an adiabatic thermodynamic vacuum EGR valve actuator model was developed and validated. The long term goal of the work is improved system operation by correctly specifying and allocating EGR system component requirements.
