Studies in Conservation, 1993AbstractResinous substances from Egyptian XIIth Dynasty tombs were analyzed by highperformance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and diode array detection. The unambiguous identification of two samples with actual standards of myrrh and mastic (Pistacia lentiscus) is described.
