In this work, we present a new gravimetric Moho model over the Gulf of Guinea computed from the inversion of the global gravity EIGEN‐6C4 model. The computation procedure contains a regularized non‐linear inversion algorithm.

Determination of the height of Mount Everest using the shallow layer method
Shallow layer method (SLM) based on the definition of the geoid can determine the gravity field inside the shallow layer. In this study, the orthometric height of Mount Everest (HME) is calculated based on SLM, in which the key is to construct the ...

Assessment of hybrid geoids in Chile and Spain, combining GGM and GNSS/Leveling observations
This research presents the results for analyses done to five geopotential global models (GGM), comparing them with ground data from GNSS and leveling in heterogenic zones from the geodetic perspective, in Chile and Spain.

Abstract Space gravity measurements have been mainly used to study the temporal mass variations at the Earth's surface and within the mantle. Nevertheless, mass variations due to the Earth's core might be observable in the gravity field variations as measured by Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) and GRACE Follow‐On satellites.

Abstract The crustal density structure in the Tarim Basin, NW China in response to the plate flexure is so far poorly constrained. We present new insights into the crustal density structure of the Tarim Basin using gravity/GNSS data from 728 mobile stations.
