Research on Nonuniform Ageing State Assessment of Oil‐Immersed Power Transformers Based on PCA–GWO–RF Algorithm

open access: yesHigh Voltage, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The condition assessment of oil–paper insulation is critical for oil–immersed power transformers, which are fundamental to the reliability of modern power systems. The primary limitation of traditional transformer ageing assessment lies in its macroscopic, whole‐unit approach, which fails to account for the localised effects of nonuniform ...

Complexity promotes stability in mutualistic networks through weaker mutualistic dependencies: Insights from Generalized Modelling

open access: yesJournal of Animal Ecology, EarlyView.
We show that complexity, but not nestedness or modularity, increase dynamical stability of mutualistic networks, mainly through a weakening in mutualistic dependencies with complexity. Abstract Mutualistic networks provide essential contributions to long‐term ecosystem functioning and food security, but Anthropocene stressors continue to alter their ...

Now You See Them, Now You Don't: Understanding New Hire Ghosting and Its Antecedents

open access: yesHuman Resource Management Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT New hire ghosting, in which applicants accept an offer and then quit before their first day without notice, is an emerging and consequential staffing phenomenon. Drawing on job embeddedness theory, we conceptualize new hire ghosting as a form of pre‐entry withdrawal influenced by dispositional risk and the fragile fit, links, and sacrifice ...

The Climate Niche Pressure on the Yunnan–Guizhou Plateau Predominates the Diversification of Advertisement Calls in Frogs (Leptobrachella)

open access: yesIntegrative Zoology, EarlyView.
The diversification of advertisement calls is largely driven by climatic niche differentiation. Our results provide acoustic evidence for studies on ecological speciation in anurans.

Monetary Policy, Investor Sentiment and Stock Price Bubble: Evidence From China

open access: yesAccounting &Finance, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The empirical results indicate that an increase in interest rates may stimulate a significant and persistent stock price bubble, which is consistent with rational asset price bubble theory. This finding suggests that central banks should implement anti‐turbulent monetary policy with caution, since inappropriate tightening may unintentionally ...
