The Effect of Voxel Volume and Voxel Shape on Cardiac Diffusion Tensor Imaging Metrics
ABSTRACT Purpose Cardiac diffusion tensor imaging (cDTI) is signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR)‐limited due to diffusion signal attenuation, long echo times from gradient moment nulling, and moderate myocardial T2$$ {}_2 $$. Increasing voxel volume improves SNR but reduces spatial sensitivity and introduces physiological bias.

ABSTRACT Modern engineering systems require advanced uncertainty‐aware model updating methods that address parameter correlations beyond conventional interval analysis. This paper proposes a novel framework integrating Riemannian manifold theory with Gaussian Process Regression (GPR) for systems governed by Symmetric Positive‐Definite (SPD) matrix ...

Sensitivity Analysis of Eigenvalues for PDNT Toeplitz Matrices
This study focuses on a class of perturbed Dirichlet–Neumann tridiagonal (PDNT) Toeplitz matrices, mainly exploring their eigenvalue sensitivity and inverse problems. By the explicit expressions for eigenvalues and eigenvectors of PDNT Toeplitz matrices,

ABSTRACT This paper analyzes the dynamic behavior of a two‐degree‐of‐freedom system subjected to electromagnetic interaction modelled through a skew‐symmetric coupling matrix. The system comprises two mechanically independent oscillators coupled by velocity‐dependent electromagnetic forces.

Is an ecosystem perspective sufficient to understand meta‐ecosystem processes? A critical reflection
Meta‐ecosystems are the largest and probably most complex structures investigated in ecology. Because of their complexity they are often separated into their respective sub‐systems and then studied in isolation. This is often done without analysing whether an understanding of the individual ecosystems can lead to a proper understanding of the meta ...
