Iterative Arrangements of the MSCFP for Strictly Pseudocontractive Mappings
In this paper, we consider the multiple-set split common fixed point problem in Hilbert spaces. We first study a couple of critical properties of strictly pseudocontractive mappings and particularly the property under mix activity.

Single‐cell and spatial profiling of 110 human thoracic aortic samples reveals a stromal–immune circuit driving aortic dissection. An elastin‐rich fibroblast subset is depleted with age and markedly reduced in disease, weakening aortic wall integrity.

Evaluation of the lasso and the elastic net in genome-wide association studies
The number of publications performing genome-wide association studies (GWAS) has increased dramatically. Penalized regression approaches have been developed to overcome the challenges caused by the high dimensional data, but these methods are relatively ...

Sparsity-accuracy trade-off in MKL [PDF]
We empirically investigate the best trade-off between sparse and uniformly-weighted multiple kernel learning (MKL) using the elastic-net regularization on real and simulated datasets.

Current gas leak detection systems rely on the human senses and experience. It is necessary to develop remote and wide-range gas leak monitoring systems that enable us to quantitatively estimate the gas concentration distribution and amount of leaked gas.

In this work, we developed a phase‐stability predictor by combining machine learning and ab initio thermodynamics approaches, and identified the key factors determining the favorable phase for a given composition. Specifically, a lower TM ionic potential, higher Na content, and higher mixing entropy favor the O3 phase.

A combination of discrete and finite element method models for the current collector deformation and electrochemical performance analysis, respectively. The models are calibrated and validated with electrochemical and imaging data of hard carbon electrodes. These electrodes were manufactured with different parameters (slurry solid contents of 35 and 40

In many settings, it is important that a model be capable of providing reasons for its predictions (i.e., the model must be interpretable). However, the model's reasoning may not conform with well-established knowledge. In such cases, while interpretable,
