ABSTRACT Ancient Olympia was one of the most important sanctuaries and the venue for the Olympic Games in Greek and Roman times. Its remains are located in the Olympia Terrace (Peloponnese, Greece) at the present‐day confluence of the rivers Alpheios and Kladeos at the base of Mount Kronos.

Rejuvenated Amorphous Alloys: Processing Methods, Microstructures and Mechanical Properties
Three rejuvenation methods – mechanical and thermal rejuvenation, and other rejuvenation routes such as ultrasonic processing – can be used to modify structures of glassy alloys, especially atomic clusters, and therefore enhances plasticity and activates work‐hardening behaviors.

Spin Transition of Fe3+ in δ‐(Al,Fe)OOH and Implication for Mid‐Lower Mantle Seismic Heterogeneities
Abstract δ‐(Al,Fe)OOH is an important water carrier and plays a critical role on Earth's deep water cycle. Lattice parameters of δ‐(Al0.89Fe0.11)OOH were measured by synchrotron single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction at simultaneously high temperature and pressure up to 65 GPa and 800 K in diamond anvil cells.
