Our μCT‐based pilot study reveals size and shape disparity in the adult postcranial skeleton of growth‐hormone model (bGH) mice relative to wild‐type mice. bGH mice have larger and more sexually dimorphic bones, with a systemic radiodensity increase in bony sesamoids and associated, but typically uncalcified, soft tissues.

Arthroscopic Upper Third Subscapularis Tendon Repair Using H‐Loop Technique: A Case Series
The images show the surgical technique. (a) Partial subscapularis tendon tear; (b) A PDS suture is passed through the medial and distal edges of the tear and tied at the end to bring in a #2 Fiber Wire suture; (c) Another PDS suture is passed through the tear and inside the loop; (d) The end of the PDS suture is tied, securing both tails of the #2 ...

This modified arthroscopic suture‐bridge technique, utilizing a unique “5 o'clock” portal, achieves reliable perpendicular fixation for bony Bankart lesions, reducing mean glenoid bone loss from 18.2% to 2.5% (p < 0.001) with a 97.2% healing rate and 80% return‐to‐sport rate. ABSTRACT Purpose Bony Bankart lesion is a primary cause of traumatic shoulder

Elbow dislocation in children. A retrospective study
Traumatic elbow dislocations are rare in children but first among all pediatric joint dislocations, and represent about 3%- 6% of all elbow injuries [1]. They occur most frequently around 10 years of age [1, 2].

ABSTRACT Across the Western world, joint legal and physical custody is increasingly becoming the default post‐separation arrangement. While family policy and law encourage such arrangements, they may not suit every situation. In child‐custody court disputes, courts must consider whether sole legal custody is the best alternative for the child in each ...

Neuromuscular fatigability with repeated exercise in hypoxia: From single‐joint paradigms to sprints
Abstract figure legend Acute hypobaric or normobaric hypoxic exposure accelerates neuromuscular fatigability during repeated exercise. Indices of peripheral and central fatigue are not different at exhaustion in mild, moderate and severe hypoxia compared with normoxia, but task failure occurs earlier.

Atmospheric Circulation Drives Dry‐to‐Wet Abrupt Alternation in the Lancang–Mekong River Basin
Abstract The Lancang–Mekong River Basin (LMRB), a crucial transboundary region that sustains millions of people across Southeast Asia, faces growing threats from compound hydrological extremes under climate change. Among them, dry‐to‐wet abrupt alternation (DWAA) is particularly critical, intensifying risks to agriculture and water security.
