Abstract Treatment options for severe glenoid bone defects caused by recurrent anterior shoulder instability include autologous coracoid transfer and bone graft reconstruction. The effect of bone‐grafting techniques is satisfactory, and the fixation methods for the bone block include screws or suture buttons.

Marginal Convergence Repair Technique for Partial Articular‐Sided Rotator Cuff Tears
Abstract Partial rotator cuff tears present a common clinical challenge, and optimal management remains debated. This technical note describes an arthroscopic margin convergence repair technique performed without the use of suture anchors for patients with partial‐thickness rotator cuff tears.

Abstract Dynamic anterior stabilization using the long head of the biceps tendon (LHBT) has emerged as a soft‐tissue alternative for treating anterior shoulder instability in the setting of subcritical glenoid bone loss. This Technical Note describes an inlay dynamic anterior stabilization technique using soft‐tissue anchors designed to enhance tendon ...

Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Remplissage Technique to Limit Soft Tissue Interposition
Abstract Anterior shoulder instability is commonly associated with Hill‐Sachs lesions and subcritical glenoid bone loss. In patients with an off‐track pattern, arthroscopic Bankart repair augmented with the Remplissage procedure has been shown to reduce recurrent instability.
