Structural FEM Analysis of Electric Bicycle.
This thesis investigates the structural performance of a custom electric bike frame using the finite element method (FEM) in ANSYS Workbench. A lightweight frame was designed using aluminium 7005-T6, selected for its low density, mechanical strength and ease of fabrication.
