Advanced Science, EarlyView.We identify a Lepidoptera‐conserved testis‐specific arylalkylamine N‐acetyltransferase (LTNAT) that governs male moth fertility via a novel mechanism. LTNAT loss disrupts eupyrene sperm mitochondrial derivatives and impairs apyrene sperm motility, offering a safe molecular target for innovative pesticides and genetic pest control.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma metastasis is driven by a FOXC2+ tumor subpopulation. These cells execute vasculogenic mimicry for dissemination and secrete LAMA4. LAMA4 engages macrophage ITGA6, activating the STAT6/GATA3 axis to polarize macrophages into a pro‐metastatic, immunosuppressive phenotype.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.The diagram depicts the endothelial‐protective mechanism of magnesium lithospermate B (MLB) in sepsis‐associated lung injury. MLB binds GPX4 at Gly79, disrupts its interaction with FUNDC1, prevents mitophagy‐mediated GPX4 degradation, restores mitophagic flux, reduces ROS, and limits ferroptosis.
